We are currently seeking a Membership Services Representative to join our thriving Jetts Club in Brisbane CBD.
This is a part-time role, 27 hours per week.
Reporting to the Regional Manager, the Membership Services Representative is responsible for driving an exceptional member experience and building key stakeholder relationships with members. The roles' accountability includes driving member growth and sales, care and retention, and various other customer service and administrative duties as required. This role requires someone who is able to provide high-end premium service at all times.
This is an exciting time to join Jetts Brisbane CBD as the club enters a period of transformation and rebranding.
Key responsibilities:
- Proactively attract new memberships
- Report on sales performance to the Regional Leaders
- Strive to increase membership net growth and achieve other monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)
- Ensure you meet your members' needs at each stage of their journey so they can continue to engage with your gym and perform at their best
- Have fun, share wins and ensure you have a positive & supportive culture in your club
- Ensure the club upholds the brand standards and expectations including safety, stock management, equipment standards and cleanliness
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Current First Aid and CPR certifications
- Demonstrated experience and success in a fast-paced customer service and or sales role
- Interest and passion for health and fitness
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
- Ability to perform in an autonomous environment
