The opportunity:
Fitness & Lifestyle Group (FLG) is looking for an Enterprise Systems Manager to champion our strategy, planning, architecture, design and operations of our Workday suite of products. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for strategy, focusing the broader Workday initiatives across the business, and ensuring best of breed architectures and implementation patterns are applied throughout all modules and departments.
You'll work closely with Finance, Technology and People and Culture to drive continuous improvement and successful outcomes in all Workday related activities enhancing operational efficiency and user experience.

Key duties and responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Strategic Oversight and Architecture
- Serve as the functional and technical owner of the Workday suite (including HCM, Financials, Payroll, Recruiting, Time Tracking, etc.)
- Define and maintain the strategic roadmap for the Workday ecosystem, aligning it with organisational objectives and enterprise architecture standards.
Governance & Compliance
- Develop and lead governance processes around configuration, release management, data security, access controls, and change management.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to ERP data and systems. Business Partnership & Advisory
Business Partnership & Advisory
- Act as a trusted advisor to People and Culture, Finance, and other business units, translating business needs into scalable Workday solutions
- Team Leadership & Vendor Management
Lead a cross-functional team of Workday specialists
- Manage vendor relationships, ensuring service-level agreements (SLAs) and contract obligations are met.
What you'll bring:
Essential:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience managing ERP systems, with at least 5 years focused on the Workday suite.
- Deep knowledge of Workday modules (HCM, Finance, Payroll, etc.) and integration technologies (e.g., Workday Studio, EIB, Workday Web Services).
- Demonstrated experience with enterprise architecture and ERP governance frameworks.
- Proven track record in delivering large-scale ERP projects on time and within budget.
- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experience in managing a team of ERP functional or technical specialists
Beneficial:
