- Review and recommend efficiencies in workflow between clubs and the marketing support function.
Campaigns & Community Engagement
- Partner with Regional Managers to identify effective local marketing channels and develop reusable campaign templates that drive lead generation.
- Support clubs to deliver community engagement initiatives including local events, sponsorships, and club-based activations.
- Lead in-club launches for Group Fitness programs and support PT engagement through “PT Success Stories” campaigns.
- Manage in-club media assets (digital screens, signage, collateral), ensuring content is accurate, timely and on brand.
Corporate Partnerships & Sales Support
- Support the Corporate Sales team with the timely development and delivery of marketing materials and lead generation initiatives.
- Develop and implement corporate communication initiatives.
- Work with the Partnerships team to activate corporate partner campaigns, events, and promotions.
Merchandising & Brand Execution
- Manage the merchandising strategy for clubs, including distribution, refreshes, and audits.
- Ensure in-club collateral and merchandise consistently reflect brand positioning.
What Success Looks like:
- Increased leads from LAM campaigns, partnerships, and initiatives
- Positive feedback from Regional Managers, club teams, and partners
- Stronger community engagement through events and activations
- Accurate, optimised digital presence (e.g. GMB listings)
